Amazing authentic NYC diner experience. Opened in the 1920s. Food and service were unbeatable. Corned beef hash was my husband's favorite meal on this trip. Pastrami omelet was a lot of flavor but I'm glad I tried it. Bottomless coffee with toast and OJ in a corner booth was heaven for me. Highly recommend.

Traditional New York diner with thick sandwiches and fast service. Expect a line but it moves fast. The large pickles were also a favorite!

We were contemplating visiting a restaurant when one of my party members mentioned that they had tried the pastrami there once and it wasn’t particularly enjoyable. However, the gentleman seated in front of us turned around and insisted that we must give it another try. Little did we know that he was one of the restaurant’s owners. The food lived up to the hype, and the Mel Brooks sandwich was really good. The matzo ball soup reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking.

A good diner spot for breakfast or lunch that won’t break the bank. Pancakes were delicious, but slathered in sooo much butter. Coffee was good and the service was great about keeping it full. We waited about 10 minutes at 10 am on a Friday, but nothing outrageous. Service was typical New York - good and efficient - but not overly friendly.

Great diner with a fun atmosphere. Had lunch and the sandwich did not disappoint. Service was friendly and quick, had to wait a little in line to sit down but the line goes by quick, I went right at lunch rush on a Sunday. I had the flatiron delight Turkey, with homefries. Prices are good for the fresh food and portions. The bread was so soft for the sandwich and everything was great.

Visiting from Ontario I needed to have a deli sandwich with the reuben being my go to. There was a lineup but it went fast and you got to see what others were ordering before you sat down. Pastrami reuben, onion rings, ginger ale, and a tuna melt for the wife. The pastrami melted in your mouth and the rye was perfectly toasted!! Overall a must visit on you trip to NY.

10/10 perfect chicken salad club! I love how they put the chips inside the sandwich for you too. We walked in and snagged a spot in the back for a weekday lunch. Excellent menu, wonderful service, perfect complementary pickle.

Took a long time for three of us to be seated, but well worth it. Cute diner style place with food that’s way better than most good delis. My boyfriend and I split a hot Reuben sandwich with corned beef and fries. So so so good that I’ve been craving it days after. Our friend got pea soup and latkes. He was very happy. Can’t wait to go back! Excellent staff!
